Keiki Cooking Class: KPHC will be offering keiki cooking classes to residents of Kukui Gardens. Classes are open to children in grades K-8. The students will learn basic nutrition and learn how to prepare healthy snacks and meals. The classes will be held every Wednesday in the month of April. For more information, please call 744-8678.
Waipahu Clubhouse Health Fair: The Living Well Hawaii Project, a collaboration between KPHC and the State of Hawaii Adult Mental Health Division, will be sponsoring a health fair on Friday, April 11th from 9:30am-12:30pm at the Waipahu Clubhouse.
YMCA Healthy Kids Day: KPHC will be participating in the annual event on sponsored by the YMCA at Bishop Museum. The event will be held on Saturday, April 12th and will feature more than 30 exhibitors highlighting the importance of healthy lifestyle choices, physical activity and active play, and engaging and creative activities. HCAP Head Start Health and Wellness Fair: KPHC will be participating in HCAP’s Health and Wellness fair on April 17th from 8:30am-11:30am at the Disabled American Veterans Hall located at Ke’ehi Lagoon. Open to the public.
