Asian Citrus Chicken
Asian Citrus Chicken
What you need:
6 pounds of chicken, fish, meat, or tofu (fat removed)
5 cloves of garlic, cut into small pieces
2 large oranges, juiced
1 lemon, juiced
3/4 cup of low salt shoyu
1 1/2 teaspoons of sesame oil
1 packet of splenda (about 1 teaspoon)
What to do:
- Wash hands and cooking surface with soap and hot water
- Chop garlic into small pieces and add to bowl
- Add juice of oranges and lemon
- Add shoyu, sesame oil, and splenda
- Mix and pour marinade over chicken (tofu, fish or meat), and marinate overnight or at least for 2 hours
- Remove chicken from marinade and cook until no longer pink
