Asian Citrus Chicken

What you need:

6 pounds of chicken, fish, meat, or tofu (fat removed)

5 cloves of garlic, cut into small pieces

2 large oranges, juiced

1 lemon, juiced

3/4 cup of low salt shoyu

1 1/2 teaspoons of sesame oil

1 packet of splenda (about 1 teaspoon)

What to do:

  1. Wash hands and cooking surface with soap and hot water
  2. Chop garlic into small pieces and add to bowl
  3. Add juice of oranges and lemon
  4. Add shoyu, sesame oil, and splenda
  5. Mix and pour marinade over chicken (tofu, fish or meat), and marinate overnight or at least for 2 hours
  6. Remove chicken from marinade and cook until no longer pink
