Banana Berry Smoothie

Serving size:  1 cup

Recipe makes about 4 servings

What you need:

1 cup berries (fresh or frozen)

1 cup sliced banana (about 1 large banana, peeled)

1/2 cup vanilla soy milk or non-fat milk

1/2 cup apple juice

What to do:

  1. Wash hands
  2. Put all ingredients in blender
  3. Blend on high until smooth
  4. Pour into glasses. Serve right away.
