Chicken Lettuce Wraps

* Quick and easy

* Low in saturated fat

* Uses colorful vegetables

What you need:

1 tablespoon sesame oil or vegetable oil

2 teaspoons chopped garlic

1/2 tablespoon grated ginger

2 cup chopped cabbage

1 cup bean sprouts

2 cups cooked and chopped chicken

2 tablespoons hoisin sauce or low-sodium shoyu

1 (8 ounce) can of draned and chopped water chestnuts

1 head of lettuce

What to do:

  1. In a large pan, heat oil and cook garlic, ginger, cabbage, carrot and bean sprout for 2-3 minutes, or until cabbage is soft.
  2. Stir in chicken, hoisin sauce, and water chestnuts.
  3. Place the chicken/vegetable mixture on lettuce leaves and roll up.
  4. Enjoy!
