Makes 1 serving
What you need:
1/2 cup fruit
1/4 cup low fat or fat free yogurt
1/2 cup whole grain cereal or low fat granola (optional)
1 bunch of mint for garnish (optional)
What to do:
- Add fruit and yogurt to a cup
- Top with cereal and mint
- Enjoy!
