Quick and easy chili

What you need:

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

2 garlic cloves, chopped into small pieces

1/2 large onions, chopped into small pieces

1/2 can turkey luncheon meat

1 tablespoon dried oregano

2 (8 ounce) cans no salt added tomato sauce

1 tablespoon dried cumin

1 (15 1/4 ounces) can reduced sodium kidney beans

1 (15 1/4 ounces) can no salt added corn

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon shredded low fat cheese

What to do:

  1. Wash your hands and clean your cooking area
  2. Heat oil over medium heat in large pan or pot
  3. Add onion and garlic to oil until softened
  4. Add turkey luncheon meat and cook until light brown
  5. Add tomato sauce
  6. Add oregano and cumin
  7. Add beans, corn, and pepper
  8. Bring to boil
  9. Serve over brown rice and top with low fat cheese
