Quick and easy chili

What you need:
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped into small pieces
1/2 large onions, chopped into small pieces
1/2 can turkey luncheon meat
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 (8 ounce) cans no salt added tomato sauce
1 tablespoon dried cumin
1 (15 1/4 ounces) can reduced sodium kidney beans
1 (15 1/4 ounces) can no salt added corn
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon shredded low fat cheese
What to do:
- Wash your hands and clean your cooking area
- Heat oil over medium heat in large pan or pot
- Add onion and garlic to oil until softened
- Add turkey luncheon meat and cook until light brown
- Add tomato sauce
- Add oregano and cumin
- Add beans, corn, and pepper
- Bring to boil
- Serve over brown rice and top with low fat cheese
