KPHC is a provider in the Hawaii State Department of Health’s Hawaii Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Program (HBCCCP). This program provides breast and cervical screening services to women 40 to 64 years of age who are low income (at or below 250% of the federal poverty level) and uninsured or underinsured.
The services provided are:
- Clinical Breast Exam
- Pelvic Exam
- Pap Smear (Cervical cancer screening)
- Mammograms (Breast cancer screening)
- Breast Biopsies
- Colposcopy
Eligiblity Requirements:
50-64 years old
- No insurance or insurance does not cover mammogram screening and pap smears
- Income 250% below the federal poverty level
40-49 years old
- High risk patients, patients with symptoms or family history of breast or cervical cancer.
- No insurance or insurance does not cover mammogram screening and pap smears
- Income 250% below the federal poverty level
